Diploma Program 600 Clock Hours Program Description The objective of the Office Administration Diploma Program is to provide educational opportunities to individuals that will enable them to obtain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to obtain an entry level position in the administrative and business fields. The students will be provided a strong foundation in business computer software applications, business communication, bookkeeping, and general clerical skills. Emphasis is placed on proficiency of business computer applications, accuracy of clerical skills, the development of organizational skills, and customer service skills.
