NOTIFICATION OF ADMISSIONS DECISION

Upon receipt of the application for admission form, application fee, passing score on entrance examination, proof of age and high school diploma or GED, completion of a personal interview and tour, enrollment agreement, a letter of acceptance will be mailed to the student indicating the program start date.

Prior to the start of class, students should have their physician complete 

the medical certificate.
